I wasn't clear. IF Boosey and Hawkes now owns Nirschl's company in its entirety, then it also owns Nirschl's entire current line of instruments, which includes a copy of the Chicago York. So, by dint of acquisition, Boosey and Hawkes now owns the production of a York-like BAT, in the same way that Meinl-Weston owns the production of B&S F tubas. Putting York on the bell instead of Nirschl would only require one simple step.

I was referring to a different instrument than the new 4/4 "Besson."
