Sounds familiar. Larry Minnick did the same F/CC horn prototype for Conn back in the seventies. It was a cool horn with really tall rotors. Conn never put the horn into production and they stiffed Larry for all the labor and parts he put into the project, surprise! I think Larry was trying to recoup his cost to the tune of 50k+. Ouch!!!!
