Work on efficiency of your buzz. Even those who have the largest vital capacities could not sustain long low notes if their embichure was loose. When practicing your buzzing, try to make the fartiest thickest buzz you can. I try to imagine that I'm buzzing from the back of my lips, to ensure that a whole lot of flesh is vibrating in the mouthpiece. If you build your chop efficiency, you'll certainly be able to play for longer periods. One thing to remember though, is to be patient with your growth (ok, so I ripped off the pokorny CD). This will not happen overnight, and might not even happen in a week. Just keep working on it, and it will come.
