It's an interesting album, and Don is great. Clark Terry was a fine trumpet player, too.

Several of the tunes on the album are credited in whole or part to Terry: Mili-Terry (Terry-Smith), Blues for Etta (Terry-Grant), Top 'n' Bottom (Terry), "127" (Pauline Terry), and Mardi Gras Waltz (Terry).

Butterfield has significant solos on Top 'n' Bottom, "127" and Mardi Gras Waltz.
