not one of the standard models. Dave Monette says it's a prototype, but he doesn't remember much else about it. The cup is similar in size and shape to a Bach 18, as far as I can tell. The only marking on it is "Monette 2".
If you're really interested, I'll get it out and get some detailed measurements on it.
