The largest standard mouthpiece with the medium "European" shank is the DW4AY, which most likely would have too small a cup for your purpose.
My guess would be, that you could have Marcinkiewicz make one of their 1 1/2G's with such a medium stem.
I don't know anything of their pricing policy for special orders.
