In equating the previous response, I seem to have ignored the fact that the Embouchure itself (and Pharynx etc) is doubtless the primary variable when we speak about apertures. However, to support the buzz for higher notes on a tuba mouthpiece compared to a trumpet, would logically take more 'work'... Think I've lost the plot altogether now :)
