Harry Connick Jr's big band uses computerized music displays. I think they use Mac's. Each player has a button (space bar?) to turn pages, and I think the bass player has a foot-switch. One of my students described the setup to me after taking a lesson with Roger Ingram.
Every now and then they have to contend with charts entitled "Enlarge your manhood v1ag:ra" or "Keep her up all night" or "Mutumboo Ngumbe needs your assistance transporting $2.6 million", but the band still swings its collective ass off.
