That looks like a York Master, which was actually made by Boehm & Meinl, rather than a J.W. York. Both Rick Denney and Klaus, who post here regularly, have this model horn and say very good things about them. If the seller is legit and this is in decent shape, this seems like a reasonable price for one. It's impossible to tell from a photo like this what condition this is really in. Leaky joints and valves don't show up in photos. You can see a photo of Rick's horn at his web site at the link below.
