I think that's what they call their version of "Octuba-fest" at Butler University in Indianapolis. A year back, I attended one of these, featuring a bunch of great tuba solos and ensembles from the low brass students and a few pros as well.
Of all the CC horns I heard that evening, the one that sounded the best to my ears was a 186. I asked later and assumed it was a 188 -- nope! Standard 186. Great sound.
