Lead pipes can be a pain because they are conical and have to be de-dented in many operations. Slide tubing is quite a bit simpler because it usually doesn't have a graduated bore. It's probably going to have to be taken apart to do a descent job. It's nearly impossible to evaluate the situation without seeing the horn. What you want done will require special tools. Take it to a qualified repair man.
