I actually own the original along with its smaller brother, the Revelation 50. They were custom made for a turn or the 20’Th century Air-Force Band Soloist (Nicknamed Smitty) who demonstrated an unusual ability to produce insanely high tones. But, he used an embouchure system that involved lots and lots of pressure. That's why he had those mouthpieces custom made. A suite couple a mouthpieces.
