He check this out - Joe Lowman (1st tuba player in our quartet) sent a few of us this note and pictures from England.

Dear Lower Brass Players,

Betsy had been on a tour of the Victoria and Albert Museum this week
and took me to see a special sculpture when we were there today. I
wondered what she thought I'd find so interesting. And then I saw it,
as shown in the enclosed photos, one from below and one from above.

The sculpture got the old instruments from the Salvation Army, squashed
them flat, and hung them in this open area with clear fishing line
filament. Was I ever impressed. I hope you are, two. I immediately
thought of sending the photos to you. Even though squashed brass
instruments is not a happy sight, at least these old ones were put to a
good use after being retired from active use.
