That would be an F tuba that I could use in band, and not elicit complaints that my sound isn't making it past the row of trumpets. I have found the limitations of the 621. I don't have the security in the upper register to play some of these orchestral transcriptions on a BBb, especially those that need a lighter touch.
Of course, I'd have to measure the volume to answer your question precisely.
