I brought up the "Non-Yamaha" Bach sousaphones. Upon further research, it is indeed identical to a UMI tuba, which makes sense with the somewhat recent Conn-Selmer merger. I don't know where they are manufactured, but Bachs are definitely no lomger Yamaha stencils. Please note, I have nothing against Yamaha Sousas.
