I had a problem the first night. I have QT 6.3 also. After the welcome announcement, etc. I see reconnecting or changing ports (forget the exact wording), then nothing. I figured out I had to turn off my Firewall, close my browser, and then relaunch browser. Everythinng worked fine then.
My firwall is ZAP (Zone Alarm Pro).
