The composer's name is Bruce Broughton. If you go to the link below you can check out his credits as a film and TV composer. One of my favorite scores he did was for Young Sherlock Holmes.

Concerto for Tuba and Winds is the title if you're performing with a wind ensemble or Sonata for Tuba and Piano (if you can't find a band to play with). It's three movements, Sonata Allegro form. The tempi are: Mvt. 1 - Allegro Moderato (quarter note = 138), Mvt. 2 - Andante Moderato (quarter note = 60), Mvt. 3 - Allegro Leggero (dotted quarter = 160). The range is from pedal C# to e above the staff. A good college student should be able to handle this piece very well.

I have worked as a copyist on many of Bruce's film and TV scores over the years. He's a delight to work for as is his brother Bill.
