You should check the Website buddy.
The cups on the XL are slightly wider which allows bigger rims without a sudden taper into the cup.
As for the narrow rims, common sense ought to tell you that the ID remains the same as this is how the rims are differentiated.
I'm actually interested in how Doug is augmenting/updating his range. He said he'd have the range of 'new' stuff in DC. Anyone there care to comment on the new stuff??
