There are currently no commercial recordings of the concerto avalible. However, Velvet Brown supposedly recorded the piece this past December. When it will be released, i do not know. I myself have a pirated copy of the Chester Schmitz peformance. This performance is of the concerto in its orginal version. It was later revised by Williams with the help of Roger Bobo. Hopefully soon a commercial recording will become avalible.
