Most 3/4 tubas I've seen looks like the instrument between a euphonium and a tuba. 4/4 is the "standard size" (even though 4/4 size depends on the brand and the style of the tuba).

3/4 tubas I see are mostly student models for beginners to get used to the size of a tuba. But the Canadian Brass tuba player, Charles Dallenbach, used in his older recordings a Yamaha custom YCB-621 which is a 3/4 tuba. Also, the Japanese professional brass quintet, Uenmori Brass, tuba player uses the Yamaha 621 also.
