When it comes to an underated orchestra I'd have to say the Philadelphia Orchestra. Now here's an orchestra that has an OUTSTANDING dynamic, crisp, clear, clean cut sound, but yet it seems to me that they don't recieve as much praise as the other major Symphonies or at least I never heard them being mentioned.
