The publisher is Alexander Music (or at least it was when I bought my copy of
the piano version a few years ago). The piece has been recorded twice (to my
knowledge) by Steven Seward, first (piano reduction) on his solo CD entitled
"Kansas City Dances" and again (band version) w/the US Air Force Band of the West
at the 1998 Texas Bandmasters' Association Convention. The first CD
has been in circulation for a while, and the second is due to be released anytime
now. I know this is more info than you requested, but hey -- when you ask a
question on this bulletin board . . .
