I am performing in Indianapolis, Indiana on Saturday, September 11th and in Muskegon, Michigan on Sunday, September 12th with the Beale Street Jazz Band from Memphis, Tennessee. Assuming that the jazz clubs that we are performing at are not "tea" rooms nor "private" affairs, It would be my supreme pleasure to purchase a beer for anyone from this BBS that will come up, shake my hand, and lie to me about how great I played. If you make your presence known early, I will try to cut in on the pianist frequently and play a lot of extra (quantity if not quality) solos. :-)
Seriously, you will REALLY enjoy the fabulous trombone work of Mr. Emil Orth (age 70 this year and a really unbelievable ______ ______ trombonist), and the incredible banjo and tenor guitar work of Mr. Nice Guy, Dan Wilkinson. I think they have a website with some audio samples.
