I have a friend who has been considering a prestige and they really are quite impressive. The main differences between that model and his sovereign are a few nice cosmetic bits and a trigger on the main tuning slide. The trigger fits into the third valve tubing and is operated with the left thumb. In combination with the compensators it does allow for very precise intonation. The only doubt I have is that the prestige is VERY expensive and I can't help thinking that the sovereign is already a very capable instrument and that having a trigger fitted to a sovereign may well be cheaper and play just as well.

Its a great horn but I'm not sure its worth the money.

James.
