Steve, I think you did a fine job of portraying the interchange between humans and other aliens, and between oboes and tubas. And you made it clear that the "definitive" interchange ... the one everyone seems to be seeking to claim for their own ... is in the key of Ab. You see, we have Larry Zaidan "pitching" (pun intended) for BBb, T.J. advocating for CC, and Winton arguing for F. (It would be interesting to know whether they play horns in those respective keys.) I'm waiting for someone to advocate Eb.
The clear message here is that we should all rush out and buy AAb tubas. AAb is the key of the week. DON'T CUT YOUR HORN -- STRETCH IT!
