Apparently NIS is not taking this case. Why I do not know, I need as much help as possible. If you have the time and are near a pawn shop in the Baltimore, D.C. or Annapolis area, I would appreciate it if any and all of you would look for a PT-6, gold lacquered, and accompanied by a black tuxedo bag.
