Pardon for asking, but is her problem a physical deformity, disease or injury? Or are her pinky muscles simply under-developed? The first does indeed require a special setup; the second can be remedied with practice and will open up the larger portion of models available.
But if she cannot use her pinky, she may want to consider a used Besson Imperial 3-top compensating BBb if it's not important to play below E-natural. She should be able to find one under $2K easily.
