You might try American Presidents Line (APL) at http://www.apl.com . I didn't
ship a horn through them, but I did send about 900 pounds of personal items from
Madras, India to Oakland, California in a 1 cubic meter crate (the crate was really heavy!). The cost was roughly $300 and it took 30 days for the crate to arrive.
