The only dealings I have had with Taylor Music have been purchasing of instruments. I bought a bass trombone in 81, and a Besson Eb 981 in 85. Both times I was extremely pleased. When I bought the Besson I chose not to purchase a case for it, but they threw in a real good used case for free because they wanted to make sure that the horn didn't get damaged in shipping, since it was going via truck to Alaska. Also a friend of mine had his tuba overhauled there in about ten years ago. They did a nice job on it. Taylr music is a well respected outfit.
