There used to be some strippers that bragged about removing it. I don't know if they are still offered for sale.
The point is moot, actually...Who would pay good money to refinish a King "anything"? (oh...except maybe for one of the BBb tubas or sousas, but one can attack the individual branches with a buffer, once unsoldered for dent removal.
I can get it off with regular industrial stripper, but only when it is around 90 degrees farenheit (most active), and it needs to sit in there for awhile.
