It IS now, a very nice BBb horn. plays in tune blah blah... I know NOW that it was "built" as a CC horn. It has all the slides rebuilt/replaced to convert it to BBb. I would still like to find where the original bits (removable tuner slides) might be available, even if in some forgotten drawer in the back room of an old shop somewhere in new york that got sold when Walter Sear moved on from the tuba world. He certainly knew how to specify/design a Tuba. And the original bits would look nice on there, rather than making them up from parts, since the tuba is German Silver plate. Thanks to J.B.
