Try Hartley Suite for Tuba Unaccompanied and Persichetti Suite, Opus 12. If these are easy for you go on to Tuballet, if you can find it. Kraft's Encounters is also a choice if 1 and 2 above are too easy. btw, if you look at Pat Sheridan's post about the competiton for soloists arounf ITEC, there are several others listed.
