Very interesting! I have never heard that reason of why he used 2 different keys. The only one I have heard (and I heard it from numerous sources) was the one I posted about each making up for the bad notes on the other . What you write does make a lot of sense, though. Too bad ol Hector isn't alive, so we could ask him why he did what he did. We could both be right, or even neither! Thanks for your input, Jay.
