miraphone sometimes do that if the valves are dry. Try dumping some valve oil down the leadpipe or 5th valve slide and let it run down into the valves. also try oiling all of the linkage points, anything that moves.
If you have a small screwdriver, try tightening any flat head screw you see, but don't trist too hard. this horn also has a couple allen head screws on it. They are metric, but I can't remember the size.
the last thing is a possible solder spot that has come off. A common spot is the tubing that comes out of the valves before it takes a 90 degree turn for the main tuning slide. If that part touches the bottom bow of the horn, then check to see if the solder is intact or cracked loose.
