Thank you all for your comments. I have decided not to purchase the Jingbao. Instead I have purchased a 4/4 Meinl Weston model 30 (yes it is a old horn but in good playing condition) from Tuba Exchange. I paid $1695 for it. (I consider that a steal!) You guys were an awesome help. Once again Thank you all.
