I have just had the best half a week of my short Orchestra playing life (6 months)!

The local Prof. Orchestra holds a project where the Orchestra is half students, half employees - We have three days of rehearsals with an international conductor before doing a concert!

My Teacher (Peter Whish-Wilson - Principal Tuba) told me to go out there and play by myself for the first half, and then we both played the tuba part for the Excerpts from Prokovieff's Romeo & Juliet!

The participation fee for these lessons in Orchestra playing - AUD20!
BTW, he just completed a solo CD the week before with the Orchestra! It should be out next year in Australia

Thanks Peter
