I'm working on "Six Studies in English Folksong," and am trying to locate the words and tune names to each song. My progress so far: The third is called "King's Lynn." I don't have the original words, but the tune is used in several hymnals. The fourth is entitled "The Outlandish Knight." I found it, with words in "The Penguin Book of English Folksongs," ed. by Vaughan Williams and A.L. Lloyd. Here is the first of fourteen verses:

An outlandish knight from the north land came,
And he came wooing of me;
And he told me he'd take me into that northern land,
And there he would marry me.

Does anyone have any more info regarding the other folk songs, or the words to King's Lynn? In the meantime, I'll continue to enjoy the search! Thanks!
