Obviously, the big question is what you like the best. An Eb would normally be a far superior all-round instrument than an F, but the F normally have characteristics that one will have problems getting out of an Eb. Perhaps to best compliment your CC an F would be the better choice, but hey, I'm a very happy Eb/CC player myself (who plays BBb only when I get paid for it).
Perhaps my suggestion would be to bring your CC when you go to try out smaller tubas and compare. Find out which sounds the best with your CC, and which that can do the most what you CANNOT do with your CC.
