I currently own the precursor of the G50, the CB50, which is the exact same thing with a different label as far as I can tell. The horn is a GREAT all-around horn. I have heard if a few pro's that use them in their orchestras. The horn is quite small but very heavy (if you've tried to handle it) and has a very large sound. I have no experience with the Neptune model's at all but I can tell you that you will be pleased with a G50 for any of your playing needs. Email if you would like more questions answered.
