Yes, I know they are over budget, but the camp really should spring for them PLUS some hard cases for them. The poor old 20Js do not have cases and were treated like lawn furniture. The only reason why I don't think they WOULD get all new tubas is because there haven't been that many tuba players each year. When I taught there, there was only 1 tuba student in each of the age divisions. When I was a student there we had about 3-4 tuba players per age division.
If I could, I would be a "camper" at Usdan EVERYDAY for the rest of my life. I loved it!!!
