I used a very low dose a couple of times when I was otherwise going to fall apart....it helped a lot. Be sure to try it out ahead of time so that you know how you react, and to find out if you are taking the right dose. The proper dose for stage fright is WAY less than the dose for medical reasons.
Also don't forget to try the bananas solution...it also helped me. One banana 30 minutes before you perform, another one 15 minutes. I don't know why they help, but they do.
