The PT4P I own (pistons, 5th rotor) is a wonderful all around horn. For ME it is small, but I use it for small groups and quintet as I have two larger CC tubas for playing in bigger groups. For the money they are fabulous horns (especially I'm told the earlier ones) and have a fabulous low register.
