of all of the horns you have listed, I would say the miraphone is by far the best F tubas. the MW 182 plays great, but most people think it is a little on the small side. It has some very euphonium-like qualities, and the miraphone plays like a CC. Both have great low registers. Check brasswind and tuba store for the latest on-line prices. Carlie had both in stock last time I was there, and I know you are pretty close to dallas.
I hear good things about the Cerveny 653, and it is very affordable. (I think around $3300) Call dillon music if you want that one, i hear they have them, and them call me to let me play it, because I want to know if they are as good as most people say they are.
