Only info I can give is that mine is the case it came from the factory in. Steve Rosse (Sydney S.O., TubaMania)had an identical (but smaller) case for his MW F tuba. I doesn't look like the one in the MW picture (see Tom B's post below). Mine's more wedge shaped, and has a recessed luggage handle on the end. The one in the pic doesn't seem to have a handle on the end...how would you wheel it?
