The best suggestion I have heard is to use water with a mild soap. There is another problem, if you use a soap with a scent, the bag will smell like that. Find a dish soap that doesn't smell.
Remember, these things are produced by the medical world for singlr patient use. After they use them, they toss them. Now if we did that with tubas . .
