I've been out of school for 20 years but I still play quite often in several different groups and ensymbals. So I'm not completely out of the loop but "What is an airbag". Is there a picture of one available on the internet? I assume it is something that one blows into and it has some kind of resistence to it. I run marathons, does that give me the same benefit?
