Since there are two seperate ways of compressing air to circular breathe, abdominally and with the cheeks and that fact the vocal chords are between the abdomen and the cheeks this idea would therefore be impossible. If the vocal chords were located at the lips this suggestion would work. I think you'd have a better chance at working on circular farting.
