I'm selling my Perantucci 7p (6/4, silver, pistons +rotor). I picked this one from a batch of 6 pt 7s 2 years ago. The response is unlike any other 6/4 I've played, and I've played all the popular ones and bunches of yorks and holtons. This is an excellent large tuba, and I used it with great success in bands, orchestras and on a quintet recording of the Barber "Adagio" last winter.
The tuba is in Interlochen for the next 10 days, then Ann Arbor for a month and finally it will be in Bloomington in late August. I'm including the hard case.
I'm not looking to haggle. I paid $11,500 in 2000. I'm asking $9,250 now, plus shipping. This tuba has gotten the approval of several highly respected professionals, but I won't use their names (publicly) only to further my own interests.
I don't get to check my email often up here, but it's still a fine way to contact me, otherwise, try my cell: 734-417-8732
thanks,
