that's bull and you know it. true, the topic of Wagner is very political, but it has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with Bill Clinton or George W. Bush. You just used the slightest mention of it to leap all over the left-leaning readers of this board. Don't forget that the conservative members of your party are the ones that triy to cut funding to the NEA every year (an organization with only a $3 billion budget, appallingly small compared to the commander-and-thief's defense budget or tax cut package), not to mention the newly elected mayor of New York trying to take as much money away from Lincoln Center as possible.

Now, we've all had our say in modern politics, a topic which has no place on this board to start with (unless it pertains directly to the arts). How about just dropping it and sticking to tuba, where almost everybody likes you and finds you charming?
