Disclaimer: If you "try this at home" only hold me responsible if this is a complete success.

You have an AUTO ZONE store in Ithaca (car parts, etc.) at 309 Elmira Road...phone # 272-7096 They carry a penetrant called RUST EATER (aerosol). Spray RUST EATER on the bearing spindles of your rotors and down the slides to the rotor bodies. Once the RUST EATER has soaked in for a while, try to move the rotors by CAREFULLY torquing on their stop arms (small pliers with a wash cloth to avoid gouging, etc.)

Once the rotors are freed, you should be able to proceed gradually from there.

This is a method that has a very high chance of success without any disassembly. If your valves are nasty, they will work no better than they did before they froze.

Again, be very careful when torquing on the stop arms. When they turn, they'll feel rough, then smoother, then they should turn with ease.
